Founded in 1959 by the legendary outdoorsman Erv Malnarich, ELM is America's oldest, best-known and respected guide training school program. We only endorse the Best and most qualified guide/packer and camp cook training schools in the Rocky Mountains. Our training materials and methods have been developed with over decades of experience in the outdoors, teaching and doing what we love best. Through all phases of our training program we instruct each of our students in what it takes to succeed in this business. I can tell you this is a truly wonderful lifestyle.
