Had a chance to do some skiing with my Grandson yesterday, a wonderful day with plenty of blue sky to reflect the snows beauty amongst the pines. With 80 inches of snow up on top it just doesn't get much better.
The only regret was that we forgot our camera. Coming and going we saw several bunches of Elk 200 or so, even some Bighorns! They sure have been taking advantage of the nice weather, concentrating their feeding on the lower open south and west slopes that have bared off some due a welcome thaw.
