Founded in 1959 by the legendary outdoorsman Erv Malnarich, ELM is America's oldest, best-known guide training school program. We only endorse the Best hands on guide training schools in the Rocky Mountains. Our training materials and methods have been developed over decades of experience in the outdoors, teaching and doing what we love best. We train each of our students to succeed in this business.
